The “Up” apartment is accessed by internal stairs to the first floor. Has 2 balconies front and back that our guests can rest and enjoy the view to the sea and the old port or the view to the back traditional alleys, that are filled with life from the tourists walking by.
This Apartment is consisted by 2 spacious bedrooms both with a double Queen size bed. One is on the same floor with smart TV , make-up table and exclusive/direct access to the back alley balcony and the other is on the 2nd floor “the Attic” which can be accessed from, the very spacious and bright living room through a unique and very skillfully made internal staircase, which is also made entirely of wood and steel.
In addition the apartment includes a nice kitchen with a dining table made out of Skiathos pine wood and 2 separate bathrooms with custom, sliding glass showers one on the 1st floor that includes washing/drying machine and the other on the 2nd floor “the Attic” with an overwhelming sink suspended from the wall with boat chains.
Both bathrooms are conveniently placed right next to each bedroom. The living room with Smart TV has exclusive /direct access to the balcony with the view to the sea and the old port. It also offers a wonderful sofa that can be transformed into a double bed with a Coffee table made out of raw Koukounaria (Skiathos pine wood).
The Koukounaria (native pine wood) used throughout the house is the same material, that the boat makers of Skiathos , used to make boats for hundreds of years in the area of Tarsanas.
